2. Information We Collect
From Customers (business account holders):
Name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address
Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
Google Business Profile connection data and CRM integration data you authorize
Usage data (log data, device/browser information, IP address)
From End Users (your customers' customers), submitted to us by our Customers:
Name, phone number, and/or email address, solely for the purpose of sending automated review request messages
Any reply content sent back via text or email (e.g., "STOP," "HELP," or review feedback)
We do not independently collect information from End Users. This data is provided to us by our Customers, who are solely responsible for having lawfully obtained it and for having proper consent to have us contact these individuals on their behalf.
3. How We Use Information
We use Personal Data to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including sending automated review request texts and emails to End Users on a Customer's behalf
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Generate AI-assisted review responses
Communicate with Customers about their account, billing, and service updates
Monitor, secure, and improve the Service
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions
We do not use End User contact information for our own marketing purposes, and we do not sell End User data.
4. SMS and Email Messaging Disclosures
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information obtained in connection with SMS consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
All text messages sent through the Service include a way to opt out (e.g., replying "STOP"). Opt-out requests are processed promptly and the End User will not be messaged again through the Service.
Message and data rates may apply to End Users based on their carrier plan.
Customers using the Service represent that they have obtained proper consent from each End User before submitting their contact information for messaging.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (including web beacons in emails) to operate the Service, remember preferences, authenticate accounts, and analyze usage. Necessary cookies are required for the Service to function. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may limit some features.

Service Providers, including our hosting provider, payment processor (Stripe), SMS/email delivery providers, and CRM/Google Business Profile integrations you authorize

We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion of their account data; End Users may request removal from messaging by opting out or contacting us directly.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect Personal Data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
